Returns - How Do I Return A Gift?

To return your gift all you need is the order or purchase reference number which can be found in one of the below places:

• Web Order Confirmation Email/WhatsApp
• Web Order Dispatch Email/WhatsApp
• Web gift card 
• Boutique E-Receipt
• Boutique Gift Receipt

Simply visit our Self Serve Returns Portal and click 'gift repairs and exchanges'. 

You'll be asked to enter the order number and your email address and then you'll be guided through the rest from there.

How can I find my reference number?

If you have received an order with a personalised gift message on a card, you can find your order reference in the bottom right hand corner: 

Warranty Gift Receipt
You may receive an email alongside your gift so that you can activate your warranty - your order reference can be found towards the bottom of the email:
