Can I Have My Jewellery Repaired In Store?

If you have an Order Confirmation or Warranty Confirmation email you can use your email address and order number (which is at the top of your email and starts STO, WEB, ENG, etc) to use our Online Portal, which will automatically generate the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
Alternatively if you would prefer to visit us in store, our team will be happy to assist you with your repair. You can find your nearest store using our store locator.
Repairing
Our pieces are made to be worn everyday, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
*Please note that our boutique may have to send this piece to our studios to be assessed for repair.
